Modification of a former weekend retreat on a private lake to a large Residence of over 4,000 SFT of living space. Adaptive reuse of the smaller retreat required special detail to maintain the integrity of the structure that extend over the lake. Design focused on creating dramatic views looking east / southeast over the lake to an island beyond owner by the Client.
